“Behold me! Witness the God among Man and King among Kings! Bend your knees or suffer my wrath!”
“I’m not going to,” said one of the peasants.
“Bend the knees?” his companion asked.
“Suffer the wrath. I’m not in the mood for suffering”.
The man in tattered yellow clothes walked past them, shouting with all the feeble might of his lungs.
“Why he keeps doing it?”
“I think he is trying to convince us that he is a God so we can join his delusion and he won’t be lonely.”
“Now I’m actually scared”.
“Why?”
“Because there are people who actually might.”
